1. Membership & Subscription

The Vault is an exclusive private membership community. Membership is subject to approval and is governed by these Terms and Conditions.

By subscribing to The Vault, you agree to a recurring monthly payment (e.g. €97/month for founding members). Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

2. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your membership at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must submit your cancellation request at least 48 hours before your next renewal date.

Cancellations can be managed directly via your Stripe Customer Portal or by emailing us at eliasthiess@vaultinnercircle.com.

3. Refund Policy

Given the digital and network-based nature of the services provided (access to private deals, directory, Telegram group, etc.), all monthly subscription payments are non-refundable for the current billing cycle once processed.

If you cancel, you will retain access to the benefits until the end of your currently paid month.

4. Conduct & Confidentiality

What happens in The Vault stays in The Vault. Members are strictly prohibited from sharing private deal flow, other members' contact information, or sensitive discussions outside the community. Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Vault provides a networking and deal-flow platform. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, investment returns, or introductions. All decisions made by members based on information shared within The Vault are their sole responsibility.
